Return policy

Returns can be requested under the following conditions:

√ Within 30 natural days of the customer's receipt of the goods, the product packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals are complete, and there is no human damage, has not been activated for use, and does not affect secondary sales;

√ If you use a coupon or gift card when placing an order, the coupon or gift card will be returned when the order is refunded and can be used again within the validity period.

We reserve the right to refuse a customer's return request in the following cases:

×x The customer has provided an incorrect shipping address, or there is a situation where the recipient refuses to accept the shipment;

×x If you can not be contacted through your registered contact information for a long time, the courier can not be delivered or returned after being rejected;

×x After contacting CHINYGO's customer service to confirm the return service, the corresponding item is not sent within 15 natural days;

×x Other circumstances as described in the policy.

An exchange may be requested if the following conditions are met

Returns & Exchange Guidelines

To request a return or exchange, please do the following within 30 natural days of receiving the goods:

3) Inform us of the order number, product name, product quantity and reason for return that you wish to exchange, and attach your proof of purchase.

Refund time

√Due to the material limitations and complex handmade process of the garments and related accessories themselves, although we have tried our best to do a good job of quality control, some small defects common to garments, such as color difference, wrinkles, broken or leaking threads, untrimmed threads and so on, will inevitably occur. When you find such small defects, you can contact our customer service for help and guidance to complete the repair yourself, and we will also take the initiative to send you a gift card as compensation.
